# How to change the distance unit?

In LocateStore, it is possible to change the distance unit to kilometers or miles.

### Open LocateStore Settings

Access your [**LocateStore** **Dashboard**](https://dashboard.locatestore.com/) > **Settings** > **Distance** **unit.** Choose the appropriate **Distance unit** and click on **Save changes**.
